How an Augusto engagement flows, end to end — and the project types we use to get there.
The Digital Pace Framework¶
We run client work through the Digital Pace Framework: Rumble → Quick Wins → Accelerate.
- Rumble — get aligned and find the highest-value opportunities.
- Quick Wins — ship something real, fast, to prove value.
- Accelerate — scale what works into lasting change.
We work with the client as the driver, with Augusto as the guide.
Project types¶
Engagements come in defined project types. Each has its own page with the deliverables, roles, phases, and tools. A typical client moves from a Rumble into a Partnership as momentum builds.
