The AI toolkit

Augusto's shared Claude skills and plugins live in one place: the ai-toolkit repo. It is the single source of truth for our AI tooling — every plugin there ships automatically to both Claude surfaces (Claude / Cowork and Claude Code) the moment a change merges.

Why it exists

When one of us teaches Claude to do something well — estimate a project, apply our brand, prep for a client meeting — everyone should get that capability, not just the person who figured it out. The toolkit turns individual prompts and workflows into shared, versioned, reviewed tools.

What lives there

Categories, not a list (the list changes; the repo catalog is always current):

  • Client delivery — workshop and engagement helpers (transcripts → deliverables).
  • Brand — Augusto's colors, fonts, voice, and design system applied to whatever you're making.
  • Estimation & scoping — structured, role-level estimates from a transcript or requirements doc.
  • Company intelligence — briefs, ROI signals, and meeting context from the Second Brain.
  • Marketing — search-demand-driven content in Augusto's voice.

How to start using it

  • Claude or Cowork: enable the Augusto plugins you want in your plugin settings — nothing to install. Instructions
  • Claude Code: register the marketplace once (/plugin marketplace add Augusto-Digital/ai-toolkit), then install plugins as needed. Instructions

How to contribute

Ideas, fixes, and new skills are all welcome — the bar is a PR with one peer review. Start with CONTRIBUTING; a scaffolding script does the boilerplate for you. If you have an idea but don't want to build it, open an issue in the repo.

Access
